Job Summary:
We are a growing SaaS company seeking an Accountant that can grow with our team and company. Responsibilities include: maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks including weekly and monthly reports and supporting real time reporting. While we will provide training, the following experience would be attractive QuickBooks, invoicing, balance sheet reconciliations, and payroll. Duties:

• Perform full-cycle accounting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts
• Prepare and process payroll
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Generate financial reports as needed
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Managing employee expense claims
• Helping the CFO with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts
• Verify charges in subscription software
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:

• Familiarity with financial concepts and sales tax accounting
• Experience using QuickBooks
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
• Proficiency in MS Office
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (or pending graduation)
• Ability to coordinate with our CFO, Sales Team, 3rd party HR vendors, and subscription
